Head of Programme – Employment. I rejoined ELBA in 2021 because of its mission to create change, which continuously motivates me.

Key contributions or focus:
I manage the Employment team and oversee funded projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery across our employment programme. I focus on meeting the needs of our corporate partners, community organisations and target communities through a wide range of impactful initiatives. A key achievement for me recently is securing multiple funding streams to support employment-focused activities. I believe I make an impact by sharing my skills, experience and knowledge with the team, empowering them to provide high quality, effective services that make a real difference.

Professional background and perspective:
I originally joined in 2006, leaving to pursue personal business ambitions but rejoined ELBA as it provides the freedom to be creative and impactful. The mission to drive positive change in communities inspires me, making a difference through collaboration and innovation.
