Celebrating Success: SEGRO-STEPS Graduation 2025

What a milestone moment! In November 2025, ELBA and SEGRO celebrated the graduation of our largest SEGRO-STEPS cohort yet – 50 incredible individuals who have completed eight weeks of intensive skills training, 16 workshops and three months of dedicated mentoring.

As the graduates crossed the stage, we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements, with over half stepping into new employment opportunities, while others are continuing their journey through Further Education. Each path forward represents the power of investment in people and the transformative impact of the SEGRO-STEPS programme.
