Leaders in Partnership Spring 2026
Leaders in Partnership Spring 2026
By Zakia Sheba, Senior Project Manager, ELBA
Launching in March, the Spring 2026 Leaders in Partnership (LiP) cohort is set to empower another group of community organisations by enhancing their self-confidence, leadership skills and strategic capabilities.
Now in its 18th year, ELBA’s LiP continues to bring together community and corporate through the 10-month coaching initiative that pairs community leaders with business volunteers, the latter providing coaching support in this mutually beneficial knowledge exchange opportunity.
For community organisations, this programme offers a unique chance to build on their strengths, gain valuable insights, and develop robust strategies for sustainable growth.
Business volunteers, acting as coaches, bring a wealth of expertise and fresh perspectives, while simultaneously gaining a deeper understanding of the third sector. This exposure broadens their horizons, fosters empathy and enhances their own leadership skills.
The programme’s collaborative framework ensures that both community leaders and business volunteers emerge with enriched experiences and stronger networks, driving positive change within their communities.
