Introduction:
I joined ELBA in 2019 as part of London Enterprise Adviser Network (LEAN), then Mentoring Works at BIG Alliance. I am passionate about supporting young people, so I love my work at ELBA and BIG Alliance.

Key contributions:
I lead the flagship Mentoring Works programme, with corporate volunteers dedicating time to mentor Year 10 and sixth form students. Through this initiative, we help young people become well-prepared and equipped for the rapidly changing job market. I’ve witnessed firsthand the programme’s transformative impact on students, significantly boosting their chances to thrive. Additionally, mentors gain valuable skills, enriching their personal and professional growth through their commitment, passion, and support. I am also the Comms Chair, supporting the Director of Account Management Communications and Comms Reps to externally promote the great work ELBA and partners do.

Professional background and perspective:
I’ve worked in schools and charities to empower disadvantaged youth with employability skills, confidence, and career knowledge. Passionate about mentoring and team management, I find fulfilment in supporting young people to reach their potential.
