ELBA’s annual Community Survey results

ELBA has just completed its annual Community Survey of all the community partners we worked with in 2016 through our Community Works programme. We wanted to hear feedback from them on volunteer impact on both the community organisations themselves and their beneficiaries, and the overall quality of ELBA’s service and delivery. Our results were fantastic with 55% response rate; 70% of beneficiaries experienced a long term change, 95% of organisations have been able to improve their existing services or products and 90% would recommend ELBA to a friend or colleague. 2017 sees exciting times ahead with lots of new projects already booked in!
