Vote for the Skills to Succeed Academy!
The Skills to Succeed Academy, developed by Accenture in partnership with ELBA has been nominated for the Digital Inclusion and Skills Initiative of the Year; and we need your help!
The Digital Leaders 100 is a digital leaders programme launched in 2013 as a new way to recognise individuals and organisations who demonstrate a pioneering and sustainable approach to digital transformation across the public, private and non-profit sectors.
The Skills to Succeed Academy is a free highly interactive, online training programme that helps young people (15 – 24 year olds) build the skills to choose the right career for them, as well the key employability skills they need to find and keep a job. The training focuses on teaching young people how to do things for themselves, building skills and confidence, and empowering them to take ownership of their own career development and job search. Two ELBA colleagues are seconded to Accenture to roll the training out across east London and to date more than 40,000 learners have accessed the platform nationally.
The polls are open so please vote here! Voting closes on 27th May.
