ELBA appoints Lisa Hollins as Deputy Chair
ELBA is delighted to announce that Trustee, Lisa Hollins has been appointed as the charity’s new Deputy Chair.
Lisa, who currently serves as the Executive Director, UK at the British Red Cross, has been a valued member of the ELBA Board of Trustees since 2016. In her new capacity, she will step-up to support Chair Chris Watson and CEO Julie Hutchinson, playing a pivotal role in guiding the organisation through to its next strategic phase and amplifying our impact across the region.
Lisa brings extensive leadership experience from the health and social care sectors to the Deputy Chair role and is committed to service improvement and organisational innovation.
Prior to her current role at the British Red Cross, Lisa held several senior positions within the NHS, including Director of Innovation at NHSX, Executive Director at King’s College Hospital and Director at Barts Health. Her background covers a diverse range of management positions across the emergence, community and mental health sectors, providing her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing our communities.
Lisa Hollins commented on her appointment: ‘It is a huge privilege to take on the role of Deputy Chair at ELBA. Having been a Trustee, I have seen first-hand the incredible impact this charity has in connecting the business world with the community to drive social mobility and opportunity. I look forward to working even more closely with Chris, Julie and the wider Board to build on our success and ensure we continue to deliver meaningful change for the people.’
