The Financial Ombudsman Service wished ELBA a happy 30th birthday at their recent ELBA Lunch & Learn. The event, held at FOS offices, was attended by ombudsman colleagues across the business, including Garry Wilkinson, principal ombudsman and director of investigation. FOS welcomed ELBA to deliver a lunch & learn to inform staff of the different volunteering they can get involved in and hear about the range of volunteering FOS employees already do.

Staff at the ombudsman service are passionate about volunteering – supported by Garry and their Giving Something Back Committee.
