Festive Team Challenges

As the festive season is nearly upon us, ELBA’s Community team and our community partners are gearing up to organise a range up of merry volunteering opportunities across the winter period. We have been planning and preparing all year long to deliver a series of exciting and creative volunteering activities that will certainly bring a lot of festive cheer for our communities in need.
Our activities include:
- decorating Active Change Haringey’s grotto ahead of their Christmas lunch event.
- volunteering with East London Pensioners Group, who are hosting a celebratory festive fun day every Wednesday in the lead-up to Christmas for their elderly service users.
- supporting Homerton Grove who need volunteers for their arts & crafts stall. The stall will be a key feature at their Christmas market event where there will be a warm campfire, games and music.
