ELBA CSR Network gets people talking

The second ELBA CSR Network took place on Tuesday 7 February at Morgan Stanley. It was attended by 16 CSR and HR practitioners from 8 ELBA business partner and 3 non-partner companies.

The lively discussion was focused on how to develop and deliver a strong CR programme. Conversation ranged from how to link CR and business strategy to how to deliver significant impact. It offered an opportunity for informal discussion about challenges, to share successes and learn from each other.

Feedback was overall very positive, with comments including ‘hearing the perspective of other CSR peers is good for making adjustments to our programme and for continuous benchmarking to ensure we keep up with best practice’

The next ELBA CSR network is planned for June 2017.
