Beyond Pride, Inclusion Incubator: Evolve Pride

By Courtney Thorne, Corporate Community Partnership Manager, ELBA

Hosted by Societe Generale, ELBA celebrated Pride Month with a brilliant cross-sector event bringing together Linklaters and Societe Generale’s Affinity Networks, and LGBTQ+ and allied community organisations.

This was an opportunity to develop innovative solutions to critical challenges that the LGBTQ+ community particularly face. A central theme focused on how businesses and grassroots groups can collaborate more effectively. This dialogue produced insightful and actionable ideas, truly proving that there is still incredible progress to be made.

This inspiring session was part of the Evolve programme, an initiative that facilitates skills-based volunteering in the third sector supported by Linklaters, Societe Generale, Societe Generale Foundation and UBS.

A huge thank you to Societe Generale for hosting us in their beautiful space, and to our volunteers and community partners for a collaborative spirit that made the afternoon exceptionally impactful. We are always stronger together!
