Joining in 2003 as Business Administrator trainee. I am the HR Manager, working to create a supportive, inclusive environment for employees.

Key contributions or focus:
My greatest achievement has been the ability to grow with ELBA, advancing from administrative roles to management. Supporting the set-up of the Challenge ELBA programme as a stand-alone programme has been a highlight and now seeing the programme grow from strength to strength.

With 20+ years at ELBA, I oversee all HR functions, recruitment, people development and culture. ELBA’s values and community impact inspire me, enabling me to drive meaningful change, fostering growth and inclusivity within our teams and beyond.
