Joining in 2003 as Business Administrator trainee. I am the HR Manager, working to create a supportive, inclusive environment for employees.
Key contributions or focus:
My greatest achievement has been the ability to grow with ELBA, advancing from administrative roles to management. Supporting the set-up of the Challenge ELBA programme as a stand-alone programme has been a highlight and now seeing the programme grow from strength to strength.
