Community Survey results published

Earlier in the year we sent out a survey to all the community partners we worked with in 2015 through our Community Works programme. We wanted to hear feedback from them in three main ways; volunteer impact on beneficiaries, impact on community partners and ELBA’s service and delivery. Our results were fantastic with 45% response rate; 95% of beneficiaries improving themselves in some way, 91% of community partners improving their existing services and 91% saying they would recommend us to a friend or colleague.
