Your title, when you joined and what motivated you to join ELBA:
Director of Partnership and Practice. I joined in 2004 as a project manager. Previously, I was in the Philippines for VSO.

Key contributions or focus:
I oversee the corporate and other key donor relationships, helping to align their strategic focus with that of beneficiary needs and supporting the ELBA team to deliver appropriate initiatives. I meet potential new partners and share best practice with key community organisations. I work closely the Head of Research & Impact to evaluate ELBA programmes and research new thematic areas to focus on. I support the CEO and Group Finance Director with income generation and strategy.

Professional background and perspective:
Having been at ELBA for 20 years, I have had many roles including Hackney programme manager. Previously, I worked in international development and HR, training and recruitment. I love ELBA’s focus on developing meaningful business and community partnerships.
