Race Equality Week – Turning Awareness into Action

As we mark #RaceEqualityWeek, we’re reflecting on the progress made and the work still ahead to break down barriers to inclusion, retention, and leadership.

This week, our Chief Executive, Julie Hutchinson, joined voluntary sector leaders at the Green Park Leadership Roundtable, hosted by the British Red Cross, to discuss culture, belonging, and collaboration. While progress has been made, there’s still much to do—let’s keep the momentum going!
