The transformation was remarkable. Candidates left seeing commercial real estate not as a distant industry, but as a sector actively welcoming fresh perspectives and diverse talent. For some, it sparked a new career direction. For others, it provided the confidence to pursue opportunities they’d thought were out of reach.
