Leaders in Partnership Autumn 2024 Registration now open!

Leaders in Partnership is a community coaching programme designed to strengthen the leadership of the third sector through 1:1 coaching-style relationships between senior employees and their third sector peers.

Volunteers from across ELBA’s business partners have the opportunity to become a coach. Coaches will be paired with a community leader for a ten month, 1:1 partnership, where they will support their partner to overcome key challenges and to develop as a professional. The 1:1 relationship improves the capacity, performance and self-confidence of community leaders, providing a valuable professional and personal development opportunity. This programme is suitable for seniors volunteers with leadership experience and each business has 2 spaces per cohort.

ELBA will provide training to ensure the partnership is effective for both parties. Once successfully matched, both community partner and corporate leaders will meet 1-hour a month at your suitability. Both community leaders and corporate volunteers are expected to attend the launch, mid-point review and celebration events.

Time / Duration: 10 months – September 2024 – June 2025. Meeting once a month. Hybrid (online and in-person activity).
