High impact volunteering

The Connect Team offers volunteers an opportunity to use their volunteer hours in a unique and impactful way, that also provides professional and personal skills development.

Have you ever considered becoming a trustee of a charity board?
BoardBuilders provide an opportunity to meet community organisations who are actively recruiting trustees and have ELBA facilitate an application and interview process.

Are you looking to develop your coaching skills?
Leaders in Partnership is a 1-1 coaching programme where business volunteers are matched in a peer relationship with a senior leader from an ELBA community partner to meet for one hour per month over a 10-month period.

Skilled-volunteer support improves day-to-day delivery for ELBA community partners and can completely transform their operations and future sustainability. If you’re interested in making a long-term difference and would like to learn more about the Connect team’s core programmes, get in touch.
