Equibalance Euroclear Visit

Last Week, our EquiBalance candidates had a productive visit to Euroclear’s London office. This Career Industry Insight Visit offered a valuable introduction to the world of finance for these motivated young individuals.

From the start, the students showed a strong interest in understanding the financial sector through Euroclear’s perspective. The day was well-organised, providing a solid overview of how a financial institution operates and helping to develop key professional skills.

Our candidates actively participated in all the sessions, from experiencing a professional workplace firsthand to connecting with Euroclear professionals from various divisions. Hearing about different career paths sparked engaging questions and broadened their understanding of potential opportunities.

A key part of the day was a speaking challenge focused on strategic thinking and presentation skills. The candidates delivered thoughtful presentations that were well-received by the Euroclear judging panel. Their insightful contributions highlighted the talent and potential within this group of future professionals.

This event marks a positive step forward, as we’re pleased to share that the next stage involves candidates applying for a two-week paid placement at Euroclear. This practical opportunity will provide them with valuable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the finance industry.
