ELBA announces Julie Hutchinson as new CEO
ELBA is delighted to announce the appointment of Julie Hutchinson as the new Chief Executive of the organisation.
Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having held several key leadership positions in the organisation since she joined in 2004, including as Deputy Chief Executive since 2020.
Her track record and expertise span strategic planning, orchestrating campaigns and collaborations for positive social impact, and driving transformative growth.
“Julie’s dynamic, outgoing leadership style and innovative approach are exactly what ELBA needs as we navigate the evolving landscape of corporate purpose and respond to ever growing levels of community need.” said Chris Watson, Chairman of the Board. “Her vision aligns perfectly with our commitment to social impact, and we are confident that under her guidance, ELBA will continue to thrive and will reach new heights.
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to ELBA’s outgoing CEO, Ian Parkes, who left in March 2024, for his leadership and significant contributions over the last eight years”.
