ELBA and 22 Bishopsgate launch mentoring programme’s second year

ELBA is pleased to announce the second year of their successful mentoring programme in partnership with 22 Bishopsgate. Building on last year’s success, this year’s three-month programme will bring together seven candidates interested in advancing their careers in property management, engineering, operations and security.

The mentoring programme covers four key areas:

• Property Management
• Engineering
• Operations
• Security
• Marketing

Over the course of three months, the seven selected candidates will receive 1:1 personalised guidance and industry insights from experienced professionals at 22 Bishopsgate. The programme will provide participants with valuable learnings and networking opportunities with 22 Bishopsgate.
