Celebrating the success of Equibalance at Barings

On Monday 10 February, ELBA’s Equibalance team hosted a celebration event at Barings’ London office, and what a night it was! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making the event such a memorable and impactful experience.

The energy in the room was inspiring, with candidates and volunteers in attendance, enjoying the opportunity to be acknowledged for their hard efforts.

We would like to give a massive thanks and appreciation to Baring for making the celebration a night to remember for the young professionals.

The highlight of the event was the keynote speeches and student stories, during which Baring volunteers delivered an insightful address on Barings’ commitment to social impact, highlighting their efforts to support career development and bridge the gap between education and the corporate world.

The most inspiring moments came from students themselves, who shared personal testimonials on how the Equibalance programme has shaped their confidence, aspirations, and career outlook through workshops, insight sessions, and work placements.
