Opening doors to asset management: ELBA’s Career Insight Day

ELBA partnered with an asset management company for a Career Insight Day that gave our candidates a remarkable window into one of the world’s most respected financial institutions.

Candidates explored real career pathways, heard from professionals who had walked the path before them, and gained the practical tools and confidence to take their next step. From elevator pitch workshops to mock interview sessions, every moment was designed to empower.

Candidates arrived curious and left inspired, seeing asset management not as an industry beyond their reach, but as a field actively seeking fresh perspectives and diverse talent. For some, it opened their eyes to career routes they had never considered. For others, it gave them the confidence to pursue opportunities they had long thought were not for them.
