Career Industry Day with KPMG Muslim Network

This month, KPMG and ELBA came together to deliver an inspiring Career Industry Insight Day at KPMG’s Canary Wharf office. The purpose of the event was clear: to demystify the graduate and apprenticeship application process and to open doors for young professionals from diverse backgrounds.

The event was delivered by the Employment team at ELBA, in partnership with the KPMG Muslim Affinity Network. At ELBA, we are committed to bridging the gap between corporate affinity networks and local community partners. Our programmes are built to be responsive to employment challenges, and most importantly, empowering for the individuals we serve.

We recognise that we are part of a broader ecosystem for social change—an ecosystem where every partnership, every resource, and every opportunity must be used to drive meaningful impact.

Working alongside the KPMG Muslim Affinity Network, we co-created a day that not only highlighted KPMG’s inclusive culture, but also celebrated the power of community, representation, and solidarity in the workplace.
