Tina Salvage, Lead Data Architect & Data Management, Bupa
Please provide a short outline of your current role and a brief description of any other relevant career experience
I am a data unicorn who can span the strategic and the technical, the architectural and the operational, the conceptual and the human. The role blends data architecture, data management and leadership to shape and deliver our data capability with energy, clarity, and influence. I play a critical role in crafting the data architecture and bringing our data management vision to life.
Outside of work I regularly volunteer, and I can use my love of history to talk to tourists who attend a local attraction. I also support many groups, one of which is a non-profit organisation trying to stop human trafficking/modern day slavery.
