What is your role and what does it involve?
My role is Education Project Manager and I help to provide opportunities for university and school students to improve their employability skills by connecting them with our corporate business partners. These opportunities include career insight visits, CV reviews, mock interviews, and mentoring – all from our business volunteers.

I recently moved to London from Portsmouth where I studied and lived for 7 years, but I was born and grew up in Somerset.

Tell us the best thing about working for ELBA
I enjoy the range of opportunities to meet new people on a weekly basis at the events we run for students. I often get to visit the offices of corporate businesses from different sectors and also different boroughs of London, which is fun and varied!

Name your favourite place in east London and why
Clapham Common – it is gorgeous in the summer, especially for picnics and reading in the sun!
