In an inspiring tale of opportunity and success, graduates Hassan and Mahad participated in a Career Insight session hosted by Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) during April 2024. The event provided an invaluable glimpse into the diverse career paths available within the firm, leaving both candidates deeply impressed and motivated by the expertise and enthusiasm in the TAG department and the A&M family.
During the Career Insight session, Hassan and Mahad were captivated by the dynamic environment and the array of opportunities A&M offered. They engaged with professionals, asked insightful questions, and demonstrated a keen interest in the company’s operations. Their proactive approach did not go unnoticed; A&M recognised their potential.
Eager to further explore the possibilities at A&M, Hassan and Mahad both applied for the internship. Their applications stood out, leading to both being selected for the programme. Throughout the internship, they demonstrated exceptional dedication, learning swiftly and contributing meaningfully to their teams.
The two week internship proved to be a pivotal experience for Hassan and Mahad. Their hard work and enthusiasm during the internship made a lasting impression on A&M’s leadership Team. As a result, both graduates were offered full-time roles as Transaction Advisory Analysts.
This success story underscores the importance of active participation and engagement for all parity candidates.
