When did you join ELBA / BIG Alliance?
I returned to ELBA in 2021 (I originally joined in 2006).

What is your role and what does it involve?
I lead the overall management of the employment programme, overseeing a team of six Project Managers. Together, we design and deliver innovative projects that make a real difference in our communities. I am excited about taking on new responsibilities and challenges at ELBA as my role grows.

Tell us one thing that people may not know about you
At 15, I founded my own street dance group. We went on to perform in many shows, concerts and festivals. Dance has always been a passion of mine, so I pursued further training and became a certified Zumba Instructor. I now teach two classes per week, sharing my love for dance, movement and fitness with others.
