Please provide a short outline of your current role and a brief description of any other relevant career experience:
I lead M3 Consulting’s graduate recruitment and the Learning & Development programme. I am responsible for the strategic delivery of our People Plan, and I am the mental health and DEI (Diversity, Equality & Inclusion) Ambassador. Prior to joining M3, I worked in the property, construction, tech and charity sectors.
Why is CSR important to your organisation?
M3 Consulting is committed to ethical practices, sustainable business operations and social initiatives. It helps us attract and retain our employees/clients and support the wider community.
Which topics, themes or initiatives is your organisation currently focused on?
Our charity partner is ELBA, and we work very closely with them offering our time and expertise to support the local community. Whether that be providing insight days to students from the local area, warm hubs to our older community or bitesize learning lessons to local business owners and their employees.
What is the best part of your job?
Working as part of a team and collaborating with each other. We are constantly looking at new ways to knowledge share.
