When did you join ELBA / BIG Alliance?
I joined ELBA in November 2023.

What is your role and what does it involve?
I am a project manager on the Connect team. This involves meeting with and getting to know community organisations and working with our corporate partners. I plan and coordinate skills based volunteering sessions based on community interest and need and volunteers’ interests and skills. I also am a part of ELBA’s work to support My Ends, a programme funded by the London Violence Reduction Unit focused on addressing youth violence. I was a part of the Hackney consortium and am now joining to provide capacity building support to the Bethnal Green consortium. I am also overseeing ELBA’s BoardMatch programme to help match volunteers with charities looking for trustees.

I completed a masters in Global Health in September 2023 from Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
