British Land, in partnership with ELBA is proud to showcase Broadgate Connect and the impact it’s having not just on the companies in and around Broadgate Circle, but also the residents in the boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Hackney.

What is Broadgate Connect?
Broadgate Connect is a bespoke recruitment and training programme that offers the Broadgate campus access to dynamic local talent, all of whom are looking for local employment opportunities. It’s an opportunity for businesses to diversify their workforce, whilst helping shape the future of local communities through creating access to entry level jobs, apprenticeships, work placements and insight sessions.

ELBA has been embedded in the Hackney and Tower Hamlets boroughs for 34 years and through that time, has built up a strong reputation for supporting the communities into training and employment.

Broadgate Connect Project Managers collaborate with local partner organisations to identify, support and train young people looking for work whilst proactively seeking and engaging employers.
