Tower Hamlets – No Place For Hate

In December 2008, the Tower Hamlets Council launched the Tower Hamlets No Place for Hate Campaign Pledge which allows the community, community organisations and small local businesses the opportunity to make public condemnation of all forms of hatred. The aim of the campaign is to send a clear message to the minority that Tower Hamlets is No Place for Hate, and reiterates the council’s, and all local people’s commitment to tackling all forms of hate, encouraging people to be proactive in challenging discrimination.

Since the launch of the Pledge, over 4000 individuals and 162 organisations have signed to show their support for this valuable campaign. ELBA is a firm supporter of this campaign and is proud to be behind it. We actively encourage as many individuals of our partner organisations and individuals to join the pledge and promote messages of peace.

Please join us and stand behind this campaign by joining the pledge and promoting messages of peace. You can submit your pledge online at: forms.towerhamlets.gov.uk/service/No_place_for_hate
