I coordinate the volunteering programme at Aviva; connecting staff with partners – ELBA – and helping them get involved in their local community.

We recognise the importance of building the foundations for a fairer society and protecting the environment. It is key to society’s future and therefore Aviva.

Which topics, themes or initiatives is your organisation currently focused on?
The big thing this year is skilled volunteering. Using our skills we use every day to help our local initiatives. With ELBA, we already have a strong grounding in skilled volunteering, with CV and interview prep in schools as well as trustee work and digital inclusion.

What is the best part of your job?
Speaking to everyone and hearing what all our partners have to offer, learning about their needs and how they support society. I love to hear about all the stories that make your projects work.
